Um Awareness für das Thema Organisationale Resilienz zu schaffen, braucht es in einem ersten Schritt oft eine Bewusstseinsbildung unter den Führungskräften und MitarbeiterInnen, um in den Dialog zu kommen. Auf Basis der Ansätze, Methoden und Instrumente unseres Modells der Organisationalen Resilienz halten wir Impulsreferate und ermöglichen durch anschließende Dialogrunden den Austausch und den Bezug zur aktuellen Situation in der Organisation. Dies kann in ausgedehnterer Form im Rahmen von Führungskräfteworkshops erfolgen oder auch bei Konferenzen und Unternehmensveranstaltungen, die das Thema Innovationskultur in den Mittelpunkt stellen möchten.
